Shipping policy

A large majority of our items are made to your specific order and therefore, do not ship immediately upon completion of your order.  Most items will be ready to ship or pickup within a week to week and a half.  However, due to shipping issues, supplier stock levels, etc, the time to ship is subject to change.  Always feel free to contact us if you have concerns that your order has not shipped in the stated time frame.
